27th February 2026 - Manager Phil Weavers to step down at the end of the season

The Club wishes to announce that Phil Weavers has decided to leave his role as First Team Manager of Mildenhall Town Football Club at the end of this 2025/26 season.  The Club would like to thank Phil for all of his efforts and contribution as a player and a manager over the last 7 years or so.

Phil will always be a legend at the club, leading us as Thurlow Nunn Champions into only our second spell in the Isthmian League North in 2024, and then achieving our highest ever league finish, to date, in 2025.

But Phil still has work to do before the end of the season, to secure Step 4 football for next season.

Phil has the backing of the club for the rest of the season and we have faith that he can achieve this.

We will begin the search for Phil's replacement to hopefully take us on to even bigger and better things in years to come.
