Youth Teams
As the Youth section of Mildenhall Town FC grows we are now looking for volunteers to help with duties involved with the day to day tasks and match day roles. we will soon have over 100 children playing a sport they love in our community and planned extra teams being formed in 2025.

Volunteer Opportunities at Mildenhall Town Youth FC
We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help the club thrive! Whether you’re a parent, supporter, or community member, your time and skills can make a difference.
Current Roles:
1. Youth Committee Members – Help shape the future of our club with your ideas, leadership and sponsorship plans.
2. Kitchen Volunteers – Assist with running the kitchen on game days at Barton mills.
3. Admin Support – Help with organizing fixtures, registrations, or general club administration.
4. Referees, officiate Mildenhall Youth games.
5. Coaches. we require enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our coaching team. FA training provided to achieve qualification.
No experience? No problem! We’ll provide guidance, support and training.

"Mildenhall Youth enters the 2024/5 season with an additional 2 teams. We now have 5 teams ranging from Under 9s to Under 13s and we expect this to grow in the near future.​
We have recruited and retained some talented coaches, who bring passion and vision along with their dedication and commitment.​
Claire Darkins and Justin Williams are the Youth Welfare Officer and Chairman respectively. Both are invaluable and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the youth football sector.​
My role as Youth Development Manager is to now continue the growth of the teams, to provide the community a safe environment and a well-equipped football club for the local children.​
We will be working closely with businesses and individuals to promote bespoke sponsorship packages and fundraising events so the benefits of the money raised for our youth teams and advertising on our social media platforms will increase for all concerned."​
